Cooking time: 8 hours

Ingredients:
8 eggs, whisked
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 pound pork sausage, chopped
2 teaspoons basil, dried
1 tablespoon garlic powder
A pinch of salt and black pepper
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
A drizzle of olive oil
Directions:
Grease your Crockpot with the oil, add eggs, onion, pork sausage, basil, garlic powder, salt, pepper and yellow bell pepper, toss, cover and cook on Low for 8 hours.
Slice, divide between plates and serve for breakfast.

Creamy Eggs And Sausage Mix
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 5 hours
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
2 garlic cloves, minced
A pinch of salt and black pepper
10 eggs, whisked
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
¾ cup whipping cream
12 ounces sausages, sliced
1 broccoli head, florets separated and roughly chopped
A drizzle of olive oil
Directions:
Grease your Crockpot with the oil, add half of the broccoli, sausage and cheese.
Add the rest of the broccoli, sausage and cheese.
In a bowl, mix the eggs with whipping cream, salt, pepper and garlic, whisk and pour into the pot as well.
